I see you standing there
all alone.
I see the weight you bear
to the world: unknown.
you're begging for the past to stay
you can't survive.
in the world where nothing lasts
you feel unluckily alive.
you seem grief-stricken and in pain.
no one knows why you live in disdain.

oh in your gods name
you feel put to shame
I come forth to you ask why..
why do you shake? why do you cry?
I reach out to touch your skin so fair
you turn away in despair
I can't think of what to say
so I turn to walk away.

you need me back, you just decide
you need someone whom into confide.
I turn around;
a smile breaking through my tears.
and realize:
